Collin Scott owner of Streamlined happens to be neighbor. My house and siding are older and I recently discovered a bird had burrowed a hole straight into my attic. I mentioned my issue to Collin (who knows I’m not quite financially prepared to pull the trigger to do all new siding) and he came through with a repair for the hole. Free of charge!!! We had a great experience with Streamline. They responded quickly, and Hunter and Collin were both a pleasure to work with - professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us.
They replaced the entire roof and cleaned out, sanitized, and insulated the attic space. They also fixed a damaged part of the existing roof decking and fascia that I didn't know about until it was uncovered during the removal of the old shingles. The work was scheduled and completed within a very tight timeframe, and under less-than-ideal conditions, which we truly appreciated. They sent pictures and talked through everything that was happening every step of the way - I felt throughly informed during the whole process and they delivered everything I asked of them.
Everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Streamline to others.

They came out right away when we called to set up an appointment with an infrared sensor and showed us the areas that needed insulation. They showed us the before and after pictures of their work which showed they did a great job and we noticed the difference right away with a warmer house and no ice damming and icicle on the roof. The 3 individuals that came to re-insulate my house were friendly and professional. They arrived on time. They answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. They did a great job cleaning up my house and yard of the loose insulation . My house is a lot warmer since I had the added insulation put in. The office staff worked well with me to get the work done that met my time line.

I highly recommend Streamline Enterprises for your home needs. Our original project was for gutter covers. We had other contractors bid the project, recommending new gutters to meet current standards. Streamline noted our current gutters were in good condition and recommended additional hangers installed at no additional cost. Their pricing for the gutter covers were lower than two bids and slightly higher than one. Their work was done well and sooner than expected.
When we discovered a moisture issue in our home causing paint to flake off our walls. We contacted 3 contractors and Streamline to inspect our roof and attic. Streamline’s inspection found areas in the roof requiring repairs. The other contractors did not find any issues with our roof. We followed Streamline’s recommendations and found their pricing reasonable enough to allow us to have additional insulation installed in our attic, which has made a noticeable difference in the comfort of our home.

My experience with Streamline Enterprises was very good. There were a few hiccups related to the scope of work, but they treated me respectfully and "made good" on the project. They met my expectations in the end. The quality of the siding installation exceeded my expectations, and they have a customer experience team that I was able to explain my experience to (in detail). I'm confident the internal communication issue I experienced has been addressed and will not be a problem for their future customers. Overall, I'm a happy customer! I look forward to working with them again on my next project (I'm glad they do more than just siding!).

Great experience! Called them out for a roof repair and found out that we badly needed a full replacement. They did the repair right away, and we booked the full replacement. Because we did the full replacement, they zeroed out the invoice for the repair. Great service, honorable people!

The insulation team of 3 people were friendly and professional. They took steps to minimize the amount of dust in the house. They took the time to explain the process to me. They laid tarps and plastic down to keep the mess to a minimum. They cleaned up the extra insulation from the carpet before they left. We are very pleased with the job they did. They exceeded our expectations.

From the assessment to the office staff to the folks that came out to do the work, everyone was helpful and great to work with. I had my house remodeled with new Windows Doors and roof done. When I had the basement sealed up so Critters can't get in I was slapped in the face with toxic air in my house. The toxins showed up most when the heater would run. We fixed that with makeup air ventilation system. However still getting massive amounts of humidity and toxic air on and off made me realize I needed to do something else. The knowledge of having a proper ventilation system when you seal the house is what made me keep chasing this situation. I then learned about the roof being a huge part of this therefore started investigating and getting bids on fixing my roof. I had four bids before I called Streamline. Two of the four gave me the idea of needing intake air on my roof. One actually said I needed more exhaust. In my reading on the internet I knew having too much exhaust and not enough intake could cause more problems. At that point I decided to let it go for a moment as I pondered who is correct. I then looked up more roofing companies and found Streamline with good reviews also, so I called them. Travis, the salesman, came out he actually went in my attic three times verifying everything for me. This was the first company that actually went in the Attic and verified intake to exhaust and then showed me how this works and gave me the knowledge I needed to decide what to do. Therefore I went with Streamline, as I was comfortable in findings and decision on what we needed to do to fix my problem. I am so glad I did this. When Junior and his coworker came out to do the job and actually opened the roof for the intake vent within 30 minutes I got a breath of fresh air in the house. This is huge for me as I have spent a lot of money trying to resolve this issue. Everything was done in the morning and cleaned up everything. There is nothing on the ground everything is clean everything looks fantastic. The day after my closets we're fresher smelling when I open the doors. They said wait a couple weeks and you should notice a major difference. I can't wait for this. I am very pleased. My house and I now breathe with ease again. You won't be dissatisfied with this company. They do their homework and are fully knowledgeable of the science for ventilation. Their pricing is right in line with anyone else. In fact it may be a little less, however the quality of work done was fantastic.

Our house looks like a brand new house because of Streamline. They handled everything very professionally and their siding person Scott was amazing.
Scott found a big problem when taking off our old siding. We had carpenter ants. It was handled very well And the walls that had been eaten were replaced with no problem.
The gutter teams also did a wonderful job and had the house done in a day. Our house is pretty large, so they called another team to help them so that they could get it done in a day.
They put in two windows that look really nice. We are very happy with the results.

Honestly I wish I heard of them sooner. I have multiple properties and I had a tenant recently moving in and needs to replacement some downspouts. Respect to Streamline Enterprises. I had them replace 30 feet of gutter running along the front of my home and a downspout. Quote was very reasonable and the installers did a great job. Not only that, to no fault of their own, my old gutter full of ice came down during removal and took out one of my porch lights due to the weight. Dan arrived 24 hours later and spent a couple hours replacing both of the lights for free because he couldn’t find the matching fixture. All in all, great experience and I highly recommend them.

Colin has an amazing team! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. We began our process with Hunter who came out to give us an estimate and help us pick out what type of roof, soffit and gutters we were looking for. Don, the project manager, went through everything with us and addressed all questions and concerns we had. After our project was completed, Dan came out to the house to go over things to make sure that we were completely satisfied (which we are) and to ask for our feedback with the entire process.
