Roof
The Streamline team has been all over Mid Michigan this month, completing 75+ projects on Michigan homes in August. We also took a trip down to Toledo in the beginning of the month, where we transformed 2 High Schools, giving them new roofs while preserving the rich history of the buildings.
Fall is right around the corner, so there are plenty of festivities to look forward to, and a few community events that Streamline will be attending, so keep an eye out on our social media to catch us out and about in the community! In the meantime, I advise you all to enjoy the warm weather while it lasts, and if you’re already in the fall mindset, check out our “Around Mid Michigan” section of the newsletter to get ideas for where to go during the season.
Have a Great Day!

This month, the Streamline team completed a historic project in Toledo, blending modern roofing with classic architectural beauty. The team used GAF Slateline Architectural Shingles in the color Royal Slate, preserving the classic look and subtle contrast of the building, while ensuring protection for years to come.

When it comes to replacing your gutters, it’s hard to know whether or not they need a good cleaning, or a full replacement, especially when you need a risky ladder climb to find the answer. As a general rule, if you see frequent leaks, sagging, rust, or separated seams, it might be time to schedule a free inspection for your gutters to make sure they’re in top shape for the upcoming fall season.
It never hurts to be ahead of the weather, so if you clean your gutters and determine they don’t need replacement, it might be wise to consider gutters guards to avoid dangerous ladder climbs and constant fall maintenance.
