Honoring Heroes: A Roof Above for Those Who Served

The “Roof for a Vet” program was launched in the Summer of 2024. Each year, Streamline Enterprises donates a free roof to a United States veteran or an active duty member residing in the Mid Michigan region. We feel it’s important to support our community, and this is our way of making a positive impact on the life of a veteran who has served our country. The chosen recipient will receive a high-quality roof installation, complete with durable materials and expert craftsmanship, ensuring the longevity and safety of their home. This initiative not only honors the sacrifices made by our veterans and their family but also strengthens the bond within our local community.

We are accepting nominations for the Fall 2025 season. Veterans or active duty members can either nominate themselves or be nominated by friends, family, and community members. To be considered for the “Roof for a Vet” program, please enter below.

When entering, you must agree to all terms and condition which is not limited to but includes agreeing that Streamline Enterprises can contact the home owner to set up a free estimate to evaluate the roof. Estimates do not constitute to winning the free roof. See below for all terms and conditions.

A Roof for a Vet

We believe that by supporting our veterans and investing in our community, we are building a stronger, more compassionate future for all. To support even more Veterans, we have a 10% Military Service Discount that is offered at anytime. However, we are extending an extra 15% discount to all applicants. This means, if you’re not selected for the free roof, you can still receive a 25% discount on a new roof. In addition to our military discounts, we offer financing options to make your home improvement projects more affordable.

Roof for a Vet

Terms & Conditions for Entry into the “Roof for a Vet” Program:
– Only one entry per household is allowed.
– To be considered for the 2025 season, entries must be submitted before October 31st, 2025.
– The winner will be notified in November 2025.
– The winner must agree to the roof being installed in Fall of 2025.
– Streamline Enterprises reserves the right to reject any entries and will determine the final winner.
– The eligible house must be located within a 40-mile radius of Lansing, MI, owned by an active or retired US military member, and have a roof over 10 years old.
– By entering, you agree to a complimentary estimate for your house.
– If selected as the winner, you consent to the veteran’s name being disclosed and participating in any media coverage related to the free roof, including photography and videography for social media, the website, and television.
– The installation date will be scheduled within 30 days of the winner announcement, subject to weather conditions and material availability.
– The roofing materials will be GAF shingles, with colors and materials chosen in consultation with both Streamline Enterprises and the homeowner before installation.
– The free roof installation includes the removal of the old roof, installation of new shingles, and any necessary repairs to the roof deck.
– Streamline Enterprises is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or structural issues not related to the roofing materials or installation.
